PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st & 2nd respondents to transfer the file in respect of FIR No.691 of 2015 dated 09.07.2015 to the 3rd respondent and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to make De-Nova investigate in FIR No.691 of 2015 to charge sheet within a stipulated time.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation to some other investigation officer and to investigate case in Crime No.71 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to file a final report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in S.C.No.99 of 2017 as such the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
