This Application has been filed to issue an order of raise the attachment made in A.No.3837 of 2019 dated 10.07.2019, directing the Registry to cancel the attachment in the schedule mentioned property annotated as Doc.No.29 of 2019, dated 01.10.2019 in the office of the Sub Registrar, Kaniyur, Tirupur District.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent Mr.Santhosh Nagarajan, has confirms that the Applicant has settled the claim o f the respondent and he has no objections for the Application being allowed as prayed for.
