(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to expeditiously restore access to the E-Mulakat video conferencing facility for the petitioner to communicate with her husband Thiyagarajan S/o.Murugesan, aged 44 (Convict Prisoner No.8434) is a convict prisoner currently lodged in Central Prison I, Puzhal, Chennai. and pass.

2. Pending the Writ Petition, the video conferencing facility was extended to the petitioner, by which she was able to communicate to her husband / Life Convict Prisoner.

3. As the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous, this Writ Petition stands closed accordingly. No Costs.
