This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner directing the learned Principal District Judge, Sessions Judge (FAC), Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvarur without insisting the petitioner to furnish documents of the properties of the sureties in Crl.OP.No.27857 of 2023 dated 09.01.2024.

2. Order dated 09.01.2024, insisting the petitioner to furnish property documents is modified. The learned Principal District Judge, Sessions Judge(FAC), Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvarur may test the sureties in the manner known to law with respect to the identity of the sureties including execution of bond for the stated amount.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Vv '
