Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry consequently directing the third respondent not to register any document in respect of the land situated in old S.No.68 (R.S.No.326/1), Mullipuram Village, (Previously Nathakadaiyur Village), Kangayam Taluk, Tiruppur District on the basis of the written representation made by the petitioner on 27.11.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry consequently directing the third respondent not to register any document in respect of the land situated in old S.No.68 (R.S.No.326/1), Mullipuram Village, (Previously Nathakadaiyur Village), Kangayam Taluk, Tiruppur District on the basis of the written representation made by the petitioner on 27.11.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader submitted on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 that an enquiry on the representation of the petitioner has commenced by the second respondent on 26.02.2021.

3. The above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Registrar, Tiruppur, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
