Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd Respondent in his Impugned Bill No.103 dated 01.08.2010 with respect to HTSC.No.103 in so far as it relates to levy of excess demand charges without adding the deemed demand for third party purchase of energy by the Petitioner and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without authority of law.
