2. The petitioner's complaint relating to theft of vehicles which has been registered in Crime No.419 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police has not been proceeded with for conducting investigation. Hence this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent.

4. To give quietus to the issue, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.419 of 2016 pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
