The petitioner has filed this writ petition, to set aside the common order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3632 of 2018 dated 02.07.2018 in C.C.No.2395 of 2014 on the file of IV Fast Track Court, George Town, Chennai and to recall the above cited witness and direct the learned Magistrate to issue summons to be cited witness Damodharan as defense witness.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
