..Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records connected with the order of second respondent herein in D.O.No.C2/08/2021 dated 30.01.2021 and set aside the same and consequently, direct the respondents to produce the detenu Vasu S/o.Muthukrishnan, aged about 55 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.PONGIAPPAN, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu Vasu S/o.Muthukrishnan, aged about 55 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in D.O.No.C2/08/2021 dated 30.01.2021. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] would submit that the detention order passed against the detenu in D.O.No.C2/08/2021 dated 30.01.2021 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.1771, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 15.04.2021 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
