The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 132,121(1), 127,109(1), 303(2), 351(3) of the BNSS Act 2023 in Cr.No.727 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 02.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.34022 of 2025 dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition for the following reasons:

5. Considering the allegations as against the petitioner that he has caused injuries to the Police Officials while they were discharging their duties and the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 10.02.2026 smn 2/4
