ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the first respondent to give police protection for the petitioner to put fence in her property.
2. The petitioner wants to fence the property. This was prevented by the second and third respondents. Therefore, the complaint was given by the petitioner to the first respondent on 07.01.2019. Since, no action has been taken on the complaint, the present petition has been filed seeking for police protection.
3. There is a property dispute between the parties. At this juncture, the police cannot give any protection, since it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
involves civil right between the parties. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
