O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 22(b), 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Pyschotropic Substance 1/4

Act, 1985 in Cr.No.215 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19601 of 2025 dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition for the following reasons:

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the quantity of contraband involved in this case and also the fact that the petitioner is the supplier of Methapatamine, which is narcotic drug, this Court is not inclined to grant the extraordinary remedy of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. .

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed ".

3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. 2/4
