Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in proceedings in Lr.No.A.E./O&M/T/W/T.Malai/Z/S.S.No.039 dated 24.6.2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and directing the 3rd respondent to grant service connection for the two shops admeasuring 640 sq.ft. and 209 sq.ft. respectively in the shopping complex comprised in T.S.No.1601, Kosamada Street, Tiruvannamalai.
