The petitioners apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 294(b), 420, 427, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No. 130 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and final report also filed and the same has been taken cognizance.

3. Recording the same, this this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on receipt of summons. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is ordered.
