The petitioners have filed this petition seeking to call for the records pertaining to the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.4094 of 2017, on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was a family dispute between the parties and the same has been ended in compromise, as there was an amicable settlement between them. The learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner prays for grant of permission to file an appropriate petition before the Trial Court in that regard.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, as there is no further adjudication is required in this matter, since the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the Trial Court and if such application is filed, the Trial Court may consider and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
