Crl.A.No.319 of 2012 P.VELMURUGAN.J., This Court while passing the judgment in Crl.A.No.319 of 2012, dated 13.03.2019, issued a direction in para-78 of the judgment directing the Director General of Police, Government of Tamil Nadu, to file compliance report before this Court.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) filed compliance report stating that based on the judgment of this Court, the Director General of Police, Government of Tamil Nadu issued a circular in R.C.No.86290/Crime 4(3)/2019 dated 17.05.2019.
