Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

All the writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners challenging their respective orders of transfer from one district to another district on adverse ground. Therefore, this Court stayed the impugned 2/4

order passed by the first respondent and the order of transfer was not given effect to. The petitioners are now working in their respective stations.

Hence, all the writ petitions are allowed and impugned orders of transfer dated 15.06.2015 are set aside. It is made clear that the respondents are at liberty to proceed as against the individuals by departmental action in accordance with law on charges, if any. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
