Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to take action on the second and third respondents for their illegal act of vacating the petitioner from his property situated at 117, Kaatur Madhura Village, Small Kaatur, Venbedu Union, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram Districct bearing S.No.176 to an extent of five cents and a hut extending to a measurement of 16 x 11 feet therein without following any procedure established by law.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on both sides submitted in unison that the relief sought by the petitioner has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
