ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has challenged the eviction order and during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner had vacated the Government premises, namely, the Jail Staff Quarters. The eviction order was passed after following due process of law. Since now, the petitioner had already vacated the premises, the relief has become virtually infructuous. 3.Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, there is nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
