ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 27.02.2017 and grant permission to him in order to conduct the cultural and adventure programme and to give police protection which is scheduled to be held on 08.03.2017 and in future date also in Arulmighu Sri Pattai Sarathy Amman koil, situated at Kuppampattu village, Vepamkuppam Post, G.R. Palayam via, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District - 632 107.

2. This Court is of the view that under the name and style of cultural event, there shall not be any obscenity in the cultural programme. Keeping this in mind and also taking into https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

account, the law and order, it is the respondent who has to take decision immediately. The respondent shall consider the said representation and pass orders immediately.

3. In the event of respondent considering representation and granting any such permission, the respondent is at liberty to cancel the program at any time, even during the event, if there is any obscenity or law and order problem.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
