Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the Director of Social Welfare, Chennai- 600 005, the respondent herein, made in Proc.No.46186/Admn5(2)/03 dated 14.03.2005, quash the same and forbear the said respondent in any manner from reverting the petitioner in the post of Assistant to the post of Junior Assistant so as to continue as Assistant as per the earlier order of promotion issued to him with all consequential service and monetary benefits available to the petitioner in the post of Assistant.
