This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.872 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The FIR has been registered for the offence under sections 420 and 468 of IPC. There are prima facie allegations about forgery made in the complaint. It has to be necessarily investigated. This Court cannot interfere with the investigation at this Stage.

investigation and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
