..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse the terminal / retirement benefits like Gratuity, Commutation, IRT amount and Earned Leave surrender salaries etc. which is payable to me after my retirement from the service on 31.03.2011, with interest at the rate of 18% p.a and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is of the year 2011. On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 23.01.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be listed today, i.e. On 28.01.2019 under the caption "for dismissal".
2. Even today, i.e. 28.01.2019, when the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the petitioner is present not there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier also, there were several adjournments given at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
matter and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, for non-prosecution. No costs.
