Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing directing the respondents to demolish and remove the unauthorised and illegal constructions put up by the 5th respondent's father in the open to sky area behind shops 1 to 9 belonging to Tamilnadu Housing Board Shopping Complex, II Avenue, Besant Nagar, Chennai-90 and restore the status quo ante.
