ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to District Munsif, Mettupalayam, to dispose of the final decree petition filed by the petitioners in I.A.No.195 of 2015 in O.S.No.299 of 2008.

CRP No. 835 of 2026 2.The petitioners herein filed a suit for partition claiming 2/3rd share in the suit property in O.S.No.299 of 2008. The said suit was decreed ex-parte on 21.10.2010. Thereafter, the petitioners filed final decree application in I.A.No.195 of 2015 and the same is still pending. Therefore, the petitioners had come before this Court.

3.Taking into consideration, the original suit was of the year 2008 and the final decree application filed by the petitioners was of the year 2015, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.195 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, as the same is more than ten years old. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
