Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. T.N.RAJAGOPALAN, Special Government Pleader for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the credit of the T.N.Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

On production of proof of payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same in regular course.
