ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) Against the 1st Respondent/Assessee/Contesting Respondent under the order of the Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 30th June 2014, the writ petition stood dismissed for want of compliance on the part of the Petitioner/Revenue. The order dated 30.06.2014 of the Coordinate Bench of this Court is quoted below for ready reference.

"The above matter is listed today i.e. 30.6.2014, under the caption 'Writ Notice Section Default Cases', for non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The concerned counsels are directed to comply with the requirements of the Registry, on or before 14.7.2014.

3. On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court, the WP shall stand dismissed, automatically, without further reference to this Court."

2.As far as the 2nd Respondent is concerned, the same being only a formal and proforma party, the present Writ Petition requires no further consideration by this Court and the same is liable to be dismissed and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
