ORDER

This writ petition is heard through Videoconferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The Writ petition is filed for a mandamus seeking an action against the respondents 5 to 9 for having indulged in acts of Katta Panchayat based on the representation of the petitioner on 03.06.2013.

3. Though the respondents 6, 7 and 8 are served, there is no representation either in person or through counsel.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent states that already the matter has been resolved among the parties and hence, nothing survives for consideration.

5. In the above circumstances, as and when the petitioners require any kind of police protection, it is open to them to approach the respondents 1 to 4, which request shall be considered in accordance with law and no further adjudication is required at this stage. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
