ORDER
Despite the names of the petitioners were printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners in person or through alternate counsel. Even on the previous hearing date i.e., 11.06.2026, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, this Court directed the Registry to reflect the name of the petitioners in the cause list.
2. Earlier, this Court by an order dated 26.03.2025 also recorded no appearance on behalf of the petitioners. This only goes to show that the
petitioners are not interested to pursue the matters.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
