When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Respondent admitted the entire transaction and submitted that the Respondent Company is facing financial difficulties in paying the outstanding amount and fairly agreed to pay a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- to the applicant towards full and final settlement.

2. In view of the fact that the Respondent Company is facing financial difficulties and the matter is pending for long time, in order to give quietus to the matter, this application is disposed of with a direction the Respondent to pay a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- to the applicant, on or before 10.06.2024.
