O R D E R

The petition for transfer is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.138 of 2020 from the Family Court, Salem to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The petitioner and the respondent are present before this Court today.

3. The respondent / husband expressed his willingness for reunion. However, the proposal is not accepted by the petitioner / wife. But, the respondent / husband made an endorsement in the case bundle that he undertakes to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.138 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Salem, within a period of two weeks.

4. In view of the endorsement made, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the present transfer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition and accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.103 of 2021 stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
