A report has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator, dated 29.11.2024. A copy of the same has also been served on the 5th respondent counsel.

2. The learned Dy. Official Liquidator would also submit that till date, the statement of affairs has not been filed by the Ex-Directors of the Company under Liquidation.

Earlier the Company proceedings were stayed by the orders of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and as seen from the report filed by the learned Official Liquidator, the stay granted earlier has now been vacated.

Post the matter on 31.01.2025.
