iii) To vacate the order of stay dated 14.02.2020 passed in CMP.No.26366 of 2019 in Tr.CMP.No.983 of 2019 (CMP.NO.1702/2022) Order : This petition and Miscellaneous petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of DR.C.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the Respondent in TR.CMP.983/2019 & CMP.26366/2019 and Petitioner in CMP.1702/2022 and of Petitioner in TR.CMP.983/2019 & CMP.26366/2019 and Respondent in CMP.1702/2022 not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- Despite the matter being posted several times, the petitioner has not appeared before this Court.

2.The earlier counsel had reported that he has informed the petitioner that the matter is listed today, despite of which there is no appearance.

3.In the result the stay which has already granted is vacated. 4.Post the Tr.C.M.P.No.983 of 2019 on 29.03.2022. -sd/- 04/03/2022 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
