O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu, namely D.Mouleeswaran, Son of Dhanapal, aged about 23 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the detenue namely D.Mouleeswaran, Son of Dhanapal, had been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

remanded to judicial custody by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem, in relation to the criminal case registered in Crime No.369 of 2017 for the offence under Section 436 IPC on the file of Hasthampatty police station.

3. In view of the fact that the detenue had already been remanded to judicial custody by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
