CMP Nos.1998, 2058, 2071, 2028, 2067 and 2153 of 2022 in WA Nos. SR 12206 to 12211 of 2022 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARHY,J.

The applications filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the common order dated 23.12.2021 passed in a batch of writ petitions are allowed, in view of the fact that the said order has been enclosed in a batch of appeals.

The Registry would find out whether the applications to obtain the certified copy were submitted on time or not and accordingly, proceed to register the appeals for listing the same along with the batch.
