The appellant has taken out this application for taking substituted service on the second respondent viz., Santhakumari, publication in one issue of Tamil daily having circulation in Chennai since the attempts to serve her both through Court as well as privately has been unsuccessful. The said application is ordered. The paper publication shall be effected in one issue of Makkal Kural, having circulation at Chennai for the hearing date 14.03.2024. The publication shall be effected ten days prior to the date of hearing.
