This application has been filed by the applicant to implead her as proposed third respondent in the main suit.

2. According to the applicant, she is the proper and necessary party to the proceedings and the plaintiffs without impleading her filed the suit. Therefore, prayed to allow this application.

3. The plaintiffs have no objection. However, sixth respondent objected that this applicant is neither nor proper and necessary party to the suit.

4. Since the plaintiff who is the contesting party has no objection and considering that this applicant is also proper and necessary party, it is appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed. 03-02-2026 (3/3) MTL
