PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from proceeding any further as per Circular-2 issued in Ref.No.47575/E6/2013 dated 14.12.2017 by the second respondent, in so far as revision of seniority of the petitioners is concerned in Tamil Nadu Medical Service and consequently direct the second respondent to include the names of the petitioners in Civil Medical List(CML) 2017 as per the seniority based on CML number allotted to the petitioners in CML 2005 & CML 2010 with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
