The petitioner/Appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court-I, Small Causes Court,Chennai, in MCOP No.7349 of 2015, dated 03.09.2019.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the second respondent has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.
4. Considering the submission made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and print the name of Mr.Ma.P.Thangavel, for respondents and post the matter on 18.11.2020 for admission.
