O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The petitioner seeks community certificate for her children on the ground that she is a native of Puducherry.

2. Mr.J.Kumaran, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) would submit that the respondents will conduct enquiry regarding the status of the petitioner as a native of Puducherry and pass orders on her application, if she is found to be a native of Puducherry.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry), this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry on the status of the petitioner and issue necessary certificate, if they come to a conclusion that the petitioner is a native of Puducherry, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
