ORDER

This writ petition has been preferred seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations dated 18.01.2016 and 19.01.2016, wherein, the petitioner has made a prayer for passing of final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated by the second respondent, within a stipulated time. Mr. T.M. Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the disciplinary proceedings initiated as against the petitioner are over and the Enquiry Officer has submitted his report on 08.07.2016. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings, based on the report of the Enquiry Officer dated 08.07.2016, after complying with further procedure as per law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
