ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.12.2020 for the offence punishable under Section 399 of IPC in Crime No.142 of 2009, pursuant to the NBW issued on 19.03.2019 in PRC No.2010 by the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, Tiruvallur District, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail application. It is a case of jumped bail. Earlier the petitioner was granted bail and subsequently, he failed to appear before the Court, and a NBW was issued on 19.03.2019 and the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.12.2020. Now, seeking bail, the present petition has been filed.

3. Earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court on 21.01.2021. The petitioner is a notorious rowdy element and he is having 27 previous cases. If the petitioner is released on bail , he may abscond and the entire trial proceedings will be affected and there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier petition. In the above facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner . https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
