O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Once again, the Registry has failed to comply with the direction passed on 12.12.2016. However, Mr.J.Sathyanarayana Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, has entered appearance.

2.The notice issued by the Corporation sets forth a number of deviations from the approved plan and the petition really does not say anything and seeks to only assail the notice which is calling upon the owners to restore the building as per the approved plan. All that is stated is that there is some pre-conceived notion. 3.None appears for the petitioner even today. 4.We, accordingly, dismiss the petition. The interim order stands vacated. No costs.
