ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to register the settlement deed dated 05.11.2025 presented by the petitioner for registration. The petitioner had presented the same for registration on 11.11.2025.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the presentation of the settlement deed by the petitioner for registration, the first respondent has issued a refusal check slip dated 10.02.2026 refusing to register the settlement deed.

3. In view of the above, necessarily, the petitioner will have to challenge the said refusal check slip dated 10.02.2026 in the manner known to her under law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the refusal check slip dated 10.02.2026 in the manner known to her under law. No Costs.
