C O M M O N O R D E R On 08.02.2023 it was submitted by Mr.N.A.Raveendran, learned counsel on record for the petitioner that he has given change of vakalat two years back and he is no more appearing in this case and hence Registry was directed to delete the name of the learned counsel from the cause list and ordered notice to the petitioner through Court on 08.02.2023. As per order of this Court dated 08.02.2023 notice was sent to the petitioner and service was awaited, then the case was adjourned to 07.03.2023 and when the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.03.2023 service was awaited and the case was adjourned to 16.03.2023, again on 16.03.2023 the case was adjourned to 20.03.2023. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.03.2023 it was brought to the notice of this Court that the notice sent through Court was returned with an endorsement "company closed" and the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and list the case on 21.03.2023 today under the caption "for orders".

2. When the matter is called today i.e, 21.03.2023 there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner hence it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
