AA.3/3396/2024 dated 08.01.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to restore the name of the Pattathars in patta No. 2716 in the Revenue Records for the properties in S.Nos.125/2A1 measuring an extent of Hc.0.10.78, 14/33 measuring an extent of HC.0.4.00 and 14/7 measuring an extent of Hc. 0.5.50 situated at Rishivandiyam Village, Vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 08.01.2025 and for a consequential direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to restore the patta to its original position with respect to the subject property.
2.Heard Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.
3.This Court carefully went through the order passed by the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent has assigned sufficient reasons while passing the order and this Court does not find any illegality or error of law on the face of the order. Hence, if the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner can only workout the remedy before the competent Civil Court.

4.It is made clear that any observations made by the 1st respondent in the order will not have any bearing and in the event the petitioner resorts to civil proceedings, the concerned Court shall deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and will not be swayed by the findings rendered by the revenue authorities. Except giving this protection, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition.
