COMMON ORDER (made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Based on the letter dated 04.03.2024 addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the Registry, these writ petitions have been listed today under the caption "for withdrawal".

Today, when these writ petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same, as the petitioner has decided to settle the dispute under the Tamil Nadu Taxes (Settlement of Arrears) Act, 2023, and also made an endorsement in the case bundles to that effect. In this regard, a memo dated 19.03.2024 has also been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
