Heard Mr.V.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.M.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 4 and Mr.R.V.Babu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3/Tamilnadu Housing Board.

2. In this petition, the petitioner seeks for inclusion of Survey Numbers i.e., 241/4, 241/6, 241/7, 241/8 and 242/8A, total extent of 2.66 acres instead of 241/6 - extent of 0.47 hectares in the order dated 18.3.2016 passed in W.P.No.33402 of 2015.

3. Since the petitioner seeks for including other survey numbers which were not mentioned in the prayer in the writ petition and the writ petition having been finally disposed of, the prayer sought for cannot be granted. Hence this writ petition is dismissed. However, this will not preclude the petitioner from filing a separate writ petition for these survey numbers, if they are already covered by the order dated 18.3.2016.
