ORDER

There is no representation for the petitioners. So also, on the earlier two dates, i.e., on 16.08.2019 and 09.08.2019, there was no representation for the petitioners.

2. In the order dated 16.08.2019, it is reflected that there was no representation for the petitioners on that date, so also on the earlier date, i.e., 09.08.2019, hence, the matter be posted for dismissal on 29.08.2019.

3. On 29.08.2019, it was informed to this Court that Mr.V.Subbarrayan, learned counsel on record for the petitioners passed away. Taking note of the same, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the other counsel viz., Mr.R.Venkatesan, who is also on record for the petitioners, by deleting the name of Mr.V.Subbarrayan, and directed the matter to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

4. As stated earlier, today also, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.No costs.
