This petition is filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the appeal.

2. The third respondent was set exparte before the Court below and as such, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

3.The respondents 1 and 2 were served and their names are printed in the cause list. Despite the same, none appears.

4.There is no liability fastened on the fourth respondent and as such, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

5.In view of the reasons found mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay is condoned.

The Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
